بررسی اثر مکمل یاری آلگومد، دمنوش پونه، بابونه، پنیرک و ختمی بر شدت و پیامدهای بیماری کرونا ویروس COVID-19
Design
کارآزمایی بالینی دارای گروه کنترل، با گروه های موازی، غیر تصادفی، بدون كنترل با دارو نما،
تك مركزي، حجم نمونه 60 نفر.
Settings and conduct
بیماران علاوه بر پروتکل درمانی، روزانه چهار عدد قـرص مكمـل 300 ميلـيگرمـي آلگومد(Vulgaris.C) به همراه دمنوش (2 گرم پونه، 2 گرم بابونه، 1.4 گرم ختمی و 0.6 گرم پنیرک ) داده می شود.
بیمارستان کوثر سمنان.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
معیارهای ورود: بیماران مبتلا به COVID-19 بستری در بخش بیماران تنفسی بیمارستان کوثر.
معیارهای خروج: بیماریهای بدخیم (سرطانها)؛ نارسایی شدید کلیه، کبد و قلبی؛ مصرف داروهای ضدانعقادی بویژه وارفارین؛ بارداری؛ مادران شیرده.
Intervention groups
گروه مداخله: بیماران علاوه بر پروتکل درمانی، روزانه چهار عدد قـرص مكمـل 300 ميلـيگرمـي آلگومد(Vulgaris.C) به همراه دمنوش (2 گرم پونه، 2 گرم بابونه، 1.4 گرم ختمی و 0.6 گرم پنیرک ) داده می شود.
گروه کنترل: درمان طبق پروتکل صورت می گیرد و فقط جهت مقایسه با گروه مداخله می باشد.
