هدف ازمطالعه
تشخیصی، تعیین وضعیت HER2 در ضایعات اولیه و متاستاتیک در سرطان پستان
طراحی
20 بيمار مبتلا به سرطان پستان که معيارهاي ورود را پر کرده بودند و پذیرفته اند در اين مطالعه وارد شوند در ابتدا براي تصويربرداري HER 2 در حالت نقطه اي و کل بدن و همچنين حالت SPECT طراحي شدند و سپس برای نمونه برداری ضایعه پستان جهت تعیین وضعیت HER2 توسط روش ايمونوهيستوشيمي و ديگر روش هاي تشخيصي معمول به عنوان قانون ارجاع داده می شوند. در پایان مطالعه، تصاویر ارائه شده با نتایج ایمونوهیستوشیمی به عنوان یک استاندارد طلایی برای تعیین ویژگی، حساسیت، ارزش پیش بینی منفی، ارزش پیش بینی کننده مثبت و صحت آزمون مقایسه می گردند.
