تعیین و مقایسه فراوانی نسبی ابتلا به کووید-19 و شدت ابتلا به بیماری در پرسنل تحت مواجهه با بیماران مبتلا به کرونا در گروه مصرف کننده هیدروکسی کلروکین به عنوان پروفیلاکسی (گروه مورد) و بدون مصرف دارو( گروه شاهد)
Design
در یک کارآزمایی بالینی فاز 2 کنترل دار با گروههای موازی، تعداد 160 پرسنل تحت مواجهه با بیماران کووید-19 از چهار بیمارستان استان اصفهان پس از اخذ رضایت اگاهانه وارد مطالعه می شوند و بر اساس داوطلب بودن( غیر تصادفی- غیر کور) به دو گروه مصرف کننده هیدروکسی کلروکین و بدون مصرف دارو تقسیم میشوند.
Settings and conduct
در این مطالعه، پرسنل پر خطر تحت مواجهه با بیماران کووید-19 از بیمارستان های سید الشهدا، عیسی بن مریم، خورشید و امین اصفهان وارد مطالعه می شوند و در دوگروه : 3 ماه بصورت هفتگی مصرف کننده هیدروکسی کلروکین و یا بدون دارو قرار میگیرند. نمونه های مورد و شاهد، در طول دوره 6 ماهه تحت پیگیری قرار میگیرند و فراوانی ابتلا به بیماری و شدت علائم (در صورت ابتلا) در دو گروه مقایسه میگردد.
Participants/Inclusion and exclusion criteria
معیار¬های عدم ورود (Exclusion Criteria)
1- درمان همزمان با سایر داروهای ضد ویروسی به جز داروهای تعیین شده در پروتکل کشوری
2- بیماریهای همراه: بدخیمی ، نارسایی قلبی پیشرفته، سیروز، افراد تحت دیالیز، سکته مغزی، آلزایمر،بیماریهای نورولوژیک مزمن پیشرونده
3- شواهدی از نارسایی چند ارگان (multiorgan failure)
4- بارداری یا شیردهی
Intervention groups
گروه مورد: داوطلبینی از کادر بیمارستانی که در مواجهه با بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 هستند و داروی هیدروکسی کلروکین را به عنوان داروی پروفیلاکسی به میزان 400 میلیگرم در هفته برای مدت 3 ماه استفاده میکنند
گروه شاهد: کادر بیمارستانی که در مواجهه با بیماران مبتلا به کووید-19 هستند و دارویی به عنوان پروفیلاکسی مصرف نمیکنند

Description
گروه مورد: پرسنل شاغل بیمارستانهای آموزشی شهر اصفهان در معرض خطر کرونا ویروس (در مواجهه نزدیک با بیمار مبتلا به کووید-19) که بطور داوطلبانه و با رضایت آگاهانه قرص هیدوکسی کلروکین 200 میلی گرمی (شرکت داروسازی امین) را بصورت هفتگی 2 عدد یکجا به صورت خوراکی( 400 میلیگرم در هفته) به مدت 3 ماه مصرف میکنند
