Intervention 1: Then the educational class will be give in four class for women and one class for their husbandsin in intervention group .Then the following class are held up for invention group after 1 and 2 months later.Then the telebooks are distributed to two groups .After 3 month, the researcher will fill the posttest for two groups. Instruction program theough the basis of BASNEF model are lecture ,focus group discusion ,question and answer , film , competition , practical training and poster. Intervention 2: The control group:This group are received the Rutin Educational program in health center and after 3 months the post test are filled for them.
