      <inclusion_criteria>All patients aged 18–80 years presenting to the pain clinic of the Department of Anesthesia with frozen shoulder diagnosed clinically by a pain consultant, with restriction in the range of motion in at least two planes, including internal rotation, external rotation, and abduction, or diagnosed on MRI with features suggestive of coracohumeral ligament thickening</inclusion_criteria>

      <exclusion_criteria>Patients with advanced cardiac or respiratory disease
patients with other shoulder joint arthropathies
patients with rotator cuff tears
patients already on steroids or with a history of intra-articular joint injections within the last 6 months
patients allergic to bupivacaine or triamcinolone
patients unwilling to participate in the study</exclusion_criteria>
