The patient is blinded to the intervention type as it is performed after spinal anesthesia. The urologist and the clinical outcome assessor are also blinded to the group assignments. Timepoint: 0 (recovery entry), 1, 2, 6, 12, and 24 hours after surgery. Method of measurement: Standard 4-point scale. Rescue analgesic consumption. Timepoint: In the first 24 hours post-surgery. Method of measurement: Amount of pethidine 25 mg IV or diclofenac suppository. Time to first analgesic request. Timepoint: Post-operative period.
