<study_design>Randomization: N/A, Blinding: Single blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Blinding description: In this study, blinding was performed in a single-blind manner, meaning that:

Participants and therapists are aware of the group allocation due to the nature of mindfulness training and are not blinded.

The data collection assessors and outcome analysts were blinded to the grouping of individuals and recorded and analyzed the data without knowing which group was the intervention or control group.

Other members of the research team, including the principal investigator and the monitoring committee, were also unaware of the group allocation.</study_design>
