<i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: In this group, the blood flow restricting cuff will be placed proximally around the dominant arm of the participant for 30 minutes. In this period of time, the cuff is inflated in 3 cycles of 5 minutes of ischemia with a pressure of 220 mm Hg, in order to create a complete blockage in the arterial blood flow. Ischemic cycles are separated by 5 minute intervals of cuff deflation and reperfusion. Intervention 2: Control group: In this group, the blood flow restricting cuff will be placed proximally around the dominant arm of the participant for 30 minutes. In this period of time, the cuff is applied in 3 cycles of 5 minutes with a pressure of 0 mm Hg. These cycles are separated by 5 minute intervals of opening the cuff.</i_freetext>
