<i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: Perceptual Motor Exercises The Intervention group underwent a training program spanning eight weeks, with three sessions per week, resulting in a total of 24 sessions. Each session lasted 45 minutes and was divided into three phases. The first phase, a 10-minute warm-up, incorporated stretching exercises targeting major muscle groups and joints, supplemented by slow-paced walking and jogging. The second phase, lasting 30 minutes, was dedicated to motor perception exercises. The exercise protocol implemented during this phase was adapted from the protocol established by Jafari et al. (1400).The final phase, a 5-minute cool-down, aimed to return the body to its initial state. This phase included light stretching exercises, slow walking, and deep breathing. Intervention 2: Control group: During this period, the control group did not have any perceptual motor training program and followed their normal daily schedule.</i_freetext>
