      <i_freetext>Intervention group: In this study, the number of 46 nurses from all pediatric nurses are selected by a simple random method using a random table, and then the demographic questionnaire, Levett-Jones belonging questionnaire and Figly's compassion fatigue questionnaire are completed by nurses.By completing the questionnaires, the level of belonging and compassion fatigue  of pediatric nurses will be measured. In the next stage, professional behavior training will be held in the form of two 4-hour workshops for pediatric nurses. At this stage, 46 pediatric nurses will be divided into 2 groups, and for each group, two 4-hour workshops will be held in two days.On the first day of the workshop, the educational contents include: principles of professional behavior, continuous acquisition of professional behavior competence, communication leadership, professional communication, patient rights (which includes: informing them about the patient's rights and respecting the patients' rights while providing treatment and Participation of the patient and his family in decisions related to medical care, clarification of benefits), explanation of limitations in communication to the patient and his family, and adequate attention to meeting the patient's needs (confidentiality, patient privacy, safety, resolving service complaints) religious).On the second day of the workshop, the educational content includes: behavioral decision-making (including paying attention to the patient's rights without compromising one's conscience), the ability to identify behavioral problems and their appropriate resolution, providing the necessary information and respecting people's privacy and maintaining their confidential information. , self-interest and the principle of truth-telling, professional commitment, and the provision of clinical services for the nurse and the colleagues of the treatment team and the nurse, as well as education and research, will be presented.This intervention is used as one of the effective educational methods to improve the understanding of nurses' caring behaviors, and its implementation can help to improve the care received by clients.
