People will be divided into two groups of 29 people, one group as an intervention group that will participate in the course and a control group that will not participate in the courses. N/A . Intervention 1: Intervention group: For the intervention group, the training course was conducted in the form of a three-hour webinar program. The topics of this webinar include concepts of clinical communication and its components; examples of active listening skills; examples of verbal skills; examples of non-verbal skills; patient-centered examples; and examples of recognizing emotions and empathy. The webinar was also recorded and a recorded link was sent to faculty members through Whatsapp. Intervention 2: Control group: The control group did not participate in any training course.
