Exclusion criteria: Not willing to continue medication, sensitivity to the drug and complications 20 years 60 years Male N 46 Male Infertility Treatment - Drugs Other Intervention group Drug therapy Lobub 5gr/day for 3 months In the Control group، placebo to 5 grams per day for three months. Sperm morphology, motility and count. Timepoint: Before and 2, and 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: By semen analysis using 2010 WHO criteria. Erectile function questionnaire. Timepoint: Before and 2, and 3 months after intervention. Method of measurement: Standard Questionnaire.
