      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: Considering that the research will be an intervention study and has two conditions of intervention and random allocation, then the sampling method is based on the criteria of entering the available sampling method and then random allocation with blocks of four in two training groups. The face-to-face method and the training will be virtual. The method of random assignment with blocks of four is that the letter A is assigned to the training group by the face-to-face method and the letter B is assigned to the training group by the virtual method, and in the blocks of four with the letters A and B, six states AABB, BBAA, ABAB, BABA , ABBA, BAAB are written on separate sheets and thrown into a container.Randomly, one of these sheets is taken out of the container and the composition written on it is memorized, and that sheet is thrown into the container again.
