N/A tendon rupture. Intervention 1: Intervention group: The tendon is repaired by end-to-end suture with 4–0 nylon using a modified Kessler technique. The repair site was wrapped with an allogenic human amniotic membrane prepared from Parsa Teb Iran in a size of 3 × 3 cm. Intervention 2: Control group: The tendon is repaired by end-to-end suture with 4–0 nylon using a modified Kessler technique (without wrapping with an allogenic human amniotic membrane ).
