      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Diagnostic, Randomization description: First, using cluster sampling of 5 high schools in Mashhad, 30 people from each high school were randomly selected and after reviewing the inclusion and exit criteria, finally 120 people entered the study and were sent to experimental groups ( 5 groups of 12 people (n = 60) and control (n = 60) were assigned.</study_design>
