The mother has not previously attended similar relaxation classes or psychotherapy courses The mother is not addicted The mother does not take drugs that are contraindicated during breastfeeding, including doxepin tricyclic antidepressants, iodinated compounds, gold salts, salicylates, and anticonvulsants during the intervention.
