<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: Samples will be randomly assigned as a block between two groups. In the block method, the researcher creates 4 blocks by considering the number of groups, which are 2 groups. Then, by factorial calculation, the number of samples of each block (24 = 1 × 2 × 3 × 4 =! 4), the number of blocks resulting from all state arrangements of individuals, 24 calculated blocks and blocks involving the possible arrangement of individuals, then since There are 4 people in each block and the estimated sample size is 84 people, so by matching 21 random numbers produced by Sample Randomizer software with the number of the above blocks, how to arrange 84 people in the research sample and assign each number from one to eighty-four to One of the intervention and control groups will be identified and a random block allocation list will be compiled.</study_design>
