<i_freetext>Intervention 1: The intervention includes 10 physiotherapy sessions. All patients (both groups) in physiotherapy sessions will receive the usual physical modalities equally. The only physical modality which is different in two groups is electrotherapy, this group will receive Action Potential Simulation (APS). Time period for receiving electrotherapy in each session is 10 to 15 minutes. Intervention 2: The intervention includes 10 physiotherapy sessions. All patients (both groups) in physiotherapy sessions will receive the usual physical modalities equally. The only physical modality which is different in two groups is electrotherapy, this group will receive Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS). Time period for receiving electrotherapy in each session is 10 to 15 minutes.</i_freetext>
