IRCT20101108005141N8 IRCT 2020-11-24 Tabriz University of Medical Sciences Comparison of pain after root canal treatment following different irrigants Comparison of pain after single-visit root canal treatment following different irrigants; randomized clinical trial 2020-09-05 anticipated 153 Complete https://irct.ir/trial/51315 interventional Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Treatment, Randomization description: 153 patients selected in this study will be selected by available sampling method. The study will be performed in three different groups on necrotic - symptomatic and asymptomatic molars . In order to investigate the effects of different irrigants in each of the dental groups (necrotic - asymptomatic - symptomatic) 51 people in each group will be placed randomly using Rand list 1.2 software in three groups with 17 people each . In each of these 17 groups, one of the irrigans chlorhexidine - sodium hypochlorite or serum will be used. 2-3 Dental caries. Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: Using sterile serum as a irrigant during root canal treatment in symptomatic, asymptomatic, necrotic molars.The volume of irrigant between each instrumentation will be 2 ml. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: Use 2.5% sodium hypochlorite as a irrigantduring root canal treatment in symptomatic, asymptomatic , necrotic molars.The volume of irrigant between each instrumentation will be 2 ml. Intervention 3: Intervention group 3: Use chlorhexidine gluconate 2% as a irrigant during root canal treatment in symptomatic, asymptomatic , necrotic molars.The volume of irrigant between each instrumentation will be 2 ml.
