Samples will be selected as available. A four-block random assignment will be used to assign samples to groups. Therefore, we will have 6 blocks that the order of allocating samples in groups is (AABB-ABAB-ABBA-BAAB-BABA-BBAA). Each of the blocks is assigned numbers from one to six.
