Exclusion criteria consist of: the patient died during surgery or the day after surgery; tracheal tube out before 6 hours after surgery; view aspiration revealed and incidence of allergic and unwanted reactions to chlorhexidin. 18 years 65 years Both J18.8 Other pneumonia, organism unspecified Prevention Prevention Prevention For the first group, two times a day and for 7 days after surgery, chlorhexidin 0.2% solution is used.
