      <inclusion_criteria>Subjects were healthy in terms of risk factors for cardiovascular disease, especially high blood pressure.
Subjects did not take any specific supplements or medications until at least 2 months before the start of the study
Not all subjects participated in continuous and routine activity in the previous two years.
