N/A patients with multiple sclerosis. Intervention 1: Patients in the intervention group will participate in 3 educational sessions during a one month period. Behavioural methods of stress management will be taught according to group and individual sessions in the intevention group. Educational items of stress management have been obtained from national Ms Society and have been translated. Educational booklet and a CD named “RAZ” will be given to the participants. Intervention 2: The control group did not receive the education program.
