<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Single blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Prevention, Randomization description: For the randomization method, a list of numbers that will be randomly assigned to one type of training method is provided. The group will then be assigned to each participant according to the instructions. Randomization will be done by random block method on a one-to-one basis, Blinding description: Evaluator of data on outcome variables and analyzer of laboratory data are blinded and are unaware of the allocation of study groups.</study_design>

<i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: functional training group underwent a interventions for 8weeks. The Training designed in this study include eighteen exercises that will be performed over eight weeks. Functional training in this study included basic motor skills training in basketball that included jumping and landing skills, sliding, cross-over and squat types. Functional training in this study progress every two weeks. Intervention 2: Intervention group: functional training group with feedback underwent a interventions for 8 weeks. In this study, verbal training appropriate to that training will be used for the subjects before and after the training. People should receive and execute feedback during the training. Feedback training used in this study consisted of 18 training that were applied verbally during the training of feedback instructions using external learning strategies. Intervention 3: Control group: This group did their usual training.</i_freetext>
