<i_freetext>Intervention 1: intensity 40%(40%1RM). Calculate and estimate the intensity of resistance training activity of the samples as much as 40% of the maximum strength of each sample. Circular resistance training means doing exercises with sports machines in a stationary manner and in sequence. These sports movements number 8 moves. It will be three times a week for 12 weeks. Intervention 2: Intervention group: 60% intensity(60%1RM). Calculate and estimate the intensity of resistance training activity of the samples as much as 60% of the maximum strength of each sample. Circular resistance training means doing exercises with sports machines in a stationary manner and in sequence. These sports movements number 8 moves. It will be three times a week for 12 weeks. Intervention 3: Intervention group: 80% intensity(80% 1RM). Calculate and estimate the intensity of resistance training activity of the samples as much as 80% of the maximum strength of each sample. Circular resistance training means doing exercises with sports machines in a stationary manner and in sequence. These sports movements number 8 moves. It will be three times a week for 12 weeks. Intervention 4: Control group: no exercise.</i_freetext>
