The unit of randomization will be the referred patient. Sealed envelopes will be delivered to expert. With each patient's visit, one of the envelopes will be randomly selected by the patients and will be introduced as a study group. The stratification approach is not used. N/A heel pressure ulcer. Intervention 1: Control group: Only for comparison with intervention group, no treatment is performed.
