Intervention 1: Intervention group: This group recieved Meropenem(Dana company) 2g every 8 hour , injectable Colistin(Exir company) 4/5 million IU every 12 hours , plus nebolized Tubramycin 300 mg every 12 hours for 14 days. Intervention 2: Control group: This group recieved Meropenem (Dana company) 2g every 8 hour , injectable Colistin (Exir company) 4/5 million IU every 12 hours , plus nebolized Colistin 4/5 million IU every 12 hours for 14 days.
