Dressing of burned skin in all groups continued untile complete remission every other day. Group one dressing as conventional mode with gas vaselin and silver sulfadiazin cream, in group two dressing with Iranian hydrogel (Product of Radiation Application Research School) and third group dressing with Maxgel ( product of Fordgel company of hong-kong)..

Yazd Iran (Islamic Republic of) +98 35 1525 0094 noorbala@ssu.ac.ir Shahid Sadoughi Medical Sciences University Iran (Islamic Republic of) Inclusion criteria: only grad two skin burn Exclusion criteria: burned surface more than 10%; axillary, groin, perinea, head and neck burn lasted more than 24h; Known immuno-compromised patients; patients with known systemic inflammatory disease. 10 years 50 years Both T22 T23 T21 T24 T25 Burn and corrosion of shoulder and upper limb, except wrist and hand Burn and corrosion of wrist and hand Burn and corrosion of trunk Burn and corrosion of hip and lower limb, except ankle and foot Burn and corrosion of ankle and foot Treatment - Other Dressing of burned skin in all groups continued untile complete remission every other day. Group one dressing as conventional mode with gas vaselin and silver sulfadiazin cream, in group two dressing with Iranian hydrogel (Product of Radiation Application Research School) and third group dressing with Maxgel ( product of Fordgel company of hong-kong).
