Timepoint: Before the intervention and 2 day after eight weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: 1. Y test 2. Stork test 3. McGill test 4. Modified_Modifided Schobers technique 5. visual analog scale VAS 6. quality of Life Questionnaire SF-36.</prim_outcome>
