Using a lottery process, the training method will be chosen for each hospital by a colleague . As a result, training method will be randomly selected for each hospital. In each center, samples will be selected from the complete list of nurses working in the center randomly according to random digits table. Intervention 1: Intervention group: For the E-content group, the educational content on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation will be designed according to Bergman and Moore model. The content will be uploaded in the educational site of Iranian Social Security Organization at https://training.tamin.ir for the use of nurses in this group. Intervention 2: Intervention group: For the Mobile app group, life-cycle Model will be used for application development . The app will be used for delivering the educational content on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation to nurses in this group. Intervention 3: Control group: For the lecture group, the educational content on Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation will be presented in a face to face format in the conference hall of the hospital via lecture accompanied by power-point, film, image and educational mannequin.
