Intervention 1: Intervention group: They receive 24 sessions with primary and final evaluations. Individual psychotherapy sessions are held per week, each session lasting 45 minutes. Psychodynamic interventions are performed based on McCullough’s treatment Manual. This type of treatment consists of three main parts: defenses restructuring, affect restructuring and restructuring of sense of self/others. Intervention 2: Control group: The control group receives no intervention for 24 weeks.
