<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Education/Guidance, Randomization description: Selection of samples will be such that in rural areas with higher prevalence, 2 villages will be randomly divided into intervention groups and Based on the sample size, 65 people are enrolled in the study and 2 villages will be determinated into control groups (matching will be performed to select the control and intermediate groups). Before doing intervention training, a questionnaire designed was completed by the investigating units. Then intervention training was carried out in intervention group using lecture, questions, and answers. Three month after the intervention, post tests were given using the same questionnaire. The data was analyzed by using spss software,Statistical tests.</study_design>
