<study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Double blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Treatment, Randomization description: The simple randomization method is that envelopes containing drugs are provided and numbered by an individual outside the study based on a random allocation table. Then these envelopes are handed to patients in turn, Blinding description: This is a double-blinded study in which researcher and patient are unaware of the type of intervention which means researcher and patient have no knowledge of the content of the envelope and treatment method.</study_design>
