      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: After forming a group in the Telegram social network, the disaster preparedness topics will be presented as Photos and Videos. The training is delivered to the nursess in the mentioned formats during 34 one-day sessions. The nursess must send the term"studied" to the researcher to ensure that topics are read by the test group. Also, if anyone has questions he/she can ask the researcher through a the Telegram. If a disruption occurs to the Telegram program, other virtual social networks such as Watsapp, Viber, and Instagram will be used. The post-test is taken and the changes made in the knowledge and attitudes of individuals are examined. Intervention 2: Control group: Regular training program will be provided for all members of this group by the Hospital Crisis Committee during the study.The questionnaire is completed at the beginning of the study by the people of this group.At the end of the intervention, the provided information is also given to the control group.The post-test is taken and the changes made in the knowledge and attitudes of individuals are examined.</i_freetext>
