With the quota in each floor and according to the list of employed cadres, randomly selected (lottery) sample size is selected. N/A Organ donation. Intervention 1: In the first intervention group: an educational class for the cultures by 3 health-care personnel (2 nurses, 1 physician), 3 sessions of 2 hours in three consecutive days to change the knowledge, attitude and practice of the cultures toward the donation Member will be held. Intervention 2: Second intervention group: Peer led education will don by three teschers (one biology secretary, one education secretary and one teacher with a donation card) who had already prepared for the content of the training sessions. Three consecutive two-hour training sessions will be held for teachers for three consecutive days to change their knowledge, attitude and performance toward the donation.
