      <study_design>Randomization: Randomized, Blinding: Not blinded, Placebo: Not used, Assignment: Parallel, Purpose: Supportive, Randomization description: In this research, convenience sampling method and random allocation method were used. Researchers went to selected centers daily and using random numbers table, the study samples were allocated to groups A or B. This process continued until 30 samples per group and a total of 60 samples were obtained.</study_design>
