      <i_freetext>Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the intervention group, spiritual care education will be conducted  in 8 sessions and each session will take around  one hour. Education will be implemented in the shape of lecture presentation and group discussion. The content of sessions consists of : First session:  meaning and purpose in relationship with God, Second session:  Faith and belief in relationship with God, Third session: meaning and purpose in relationship with self, Fourth session: Faith and belief in relationship with self, Fifth session: meaning and purpose in relationship with other, Sixth session: Faith and belief in relationship with other, Seventh session: meaning and purpose in relationship with environment and eighth session: Faith and belief in relationship with environment. Teaching methods that will use in this study include formal slides and lecture, along with a short description and the image that depict spiritual themes (the relationship with God, self, others, the environment), such as meaning, purpose, faith and belief in life. A group discussion  will be also incorporated at the end of the session. Other strategies consist of spiritual readings ) derive from the Quran (, debate focus groups, spirituality labels, films and video clips (contain the main purpose of creation and the life, forgiveness to others, thinking beings and the environment), short stories) documenting the life of a teenager who lives with cancer (, role modeling, simulation, practice and activities in class. Intervention 2: Control group: Two care training sessions will be conducted in oncology departments for the control group.</i_freetext>
