Portfolio folder include clinical detail purposes paper, educational requierments paper and weekly report papers. In long range 3-4 weeks(3days per week) training, achievement to clinical education will evaluate and feedbacked to student and will aware to clinical education achievement. Intervention 2: . In control group ,in long range 4 weeks training, (3 days per week) clinical detail purposes will deliver and routin method based on coronary care ward routin will Carried out. In the end of field training clinical examinatiom will be carried out.
