Exclusion criteria: a previous ACL injury; have no lower extremity injuries for 6 months before testing; no malalignments in the lower extremity such as hyper-pronation and genu valgus. 16 years 19 years Male Z09.9 Z00.8 Follow-up examination after unspecified treatment for other conditions Other general examinations Prevention Prevention experimental group:Program 11+, 20-25 min, 3 times/week, for 8 weeks Control group: Routine warm up Landing kinematics.
