Intervention 1: Reiki energy for treatment group: Reiki's energy therapy through healer hands without touching the patients body will be transmitted to the heart and root charas and aura for a session of 12-15 minutes after encouraging the patient for doing deep breathing and coughing. Intervention 2: The control group: The healer pretend that will be transferring the energy to the aura and root and heart chakras without touching patients for a session of 12-15 minutes after encouraging them for doing deep breathing and and coughing.
