Intervention 1: intervention1 (intervention group) First,before the study, functional ability will be measured by Six minute walk test and self-efficacy of patients measured by Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale (ESES) and chronic disease self-efficacy scale (CDSES) and demographic questionnaires. The experimental group for 2 weeks will do the core stability exercise then after two weeks functional ability and self efficacy in patients will measured again. after that, they will do the home walking exercise for 6 weeks (three days in every week and 30 minutes each day). after six weeks Self-Efficacy and functional ability will be measured again. Intervention 2: intervention2 (control group) The control group received routine medical care. before started the study and after 2weeks and after 8 weeks, functional ability will be measured by Six minute walk test and self-efficacy of patients will be measured by Exercise Self-Efficacy Scale (ESES) and chronic disease self-efficacy scale (CDSES) and demographic questionnaires.
