Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: The intervention in this research was educational program regarding patient safety culture promotion. Booklets about patient safety culture and patient safety indicators were given to nurses in experimental group. Two sessions of three-hour educational program were held in experimental group. In these sessions, nurses learned patient safety culture, patient safety indicators and patient safety solutions. At the end of each session, question and answer and group discussion were held for nurses. Intervention 2: Intervention/Control Booklets about patient safety culture and patient safety indicators were given to nurses in control group.
