At the end of the study, the results are compared with the test group.Intervention group: Holding 4 sessions of anger management training and 4 sessions of communication skills training for nurses of the hospital 505;    Using slides, pamphlets, questions and answers, expressing experiences by nurses and surrendering thoughts, as well as, performance of primary test (pre-test) before starting the training and taking the final test (post-test) after the end of the training sessions (8 sessions) and evaluating the results before and after training and comparsion with the control group.</i_freetext>
