N/A Condition 1: Effect of anger management training in nurses' exposure to aggressive behavior in psychiatric patients. Condition 2: . Control group: Nurses in the psychiatric ward of men and women in Besat Hospital who have not received training and have been tested and post-test. At the end of the study, the results are compared with the test group.Intervention group: Holding 4 sessions of anger management training and 4 sessions of communication skills training for nurses of the hospital 505; Using slides, pamphlets, questions and answers, expressing experiences by nurses and surrendering thoughts, as well as, performance of primary test (pre-test) before starting the training and taking the final test (post-test) after the end of the training sessions (8 sessions) and evaluating the results before and after training and comparsion with the control group.
