N/A Training. Intervention 1: Intervention group: A workshop in two 4-hour sessions will be held. In the first session introduction and the objectives of the workshop, the importance of teamwork in the patient safety and prevention of clinical errors, teamwork skills and their tools and strategies will be offered . In the second session, the teamwork skills will be discussed and practiced using group discussion, role playing, questioning about scenarios, videos, etc. Intervention 2: Control group: The control group receives no intervention.
