Intervention 1: Eye care with A manner: washing hand before eye care. if eyes are close application of artificial tear every 4 h. if eyes are lagophtalmos application of eye ointment and taping eyes by banderole. eyes will closed at time of suctioning. If eyes have clear damage (white or yellow spots in cornea surface or redness, swelling and inflammation on conjunctiva) will call to doctor. Intervention 2: Eye care with B manner: in B manner in addition to A manner cares will use of normal salin every 6 h.
