N/A coronary Artery Bypass Surgery. Intervention 1: Intervention group: Intervention that includes education together peer and nurse based on training self-care manual after coronary artery bypass graft surgery that has been provided by the researcher, happens a week before the surgery. Moreover evaluating through self-care questionnaire will be done both before the intervention(a week before the surgery) and after the intervention(a month after the surgery and two months after the surgery). Intervention 2: In control group, Patients will receive only routine Trainings( Giving training manual of patients based on coronary artery bypass graft surgery and also explanations of medical team to patients) of the ward. Evaluation will be done in hospital ,at admission time, one month and two months after surgery by self_care questionnaire.
