N/A -. Intervention 1: Control group: It receives no intervention. Intervention 2: Intervention group: Two workshop sessions will be held, each of which in 4 hours. In the first workshop, after the expression introduction and objectives of the workshop, it will be discussed about the significance of the teamwork for the patient's safety and the reduction of clinical mistakes. In the second workshop, using group discussion and role play, these instruments will be studied more and will be educated through movie play. By the same token, three scenarios will be presented and same questions will be discussed related to each scenario (scenarios have been designed using review of literature and according to real situations). All of the principles of education will be considered in the workshops. One person as a researcher assistant helps to hold the workshop in two sessions.
