Intervention 1: Intervention group: topical Ivermectin lotion, product from Gilaranco company contains Ivermectin 0.5%, once. The whole bottle of the lotion should directly applied on dry hair and scalp and stayed on hair and scalp for 10 minutes after it has been applied. Then the lotion should completely rinsed from hair and scalp using only water. Intervention 2: Control group: Topical Permethrin shampoo, product from Gilaranco company contains 1% Permethrin, twice with one week interval. the whole bottle of the product should be apply on the wet hair and scalp only and stayed on hair and scalp for 10 minutes after it has been applied. Then it should rinsed with warm water. The patients should also towel-dry the hair and comb out any tangles.
