Each center is considered to be an intervention to blind the samples. Each sample contains one code, numbers: one, four, seven, and et al, for telephone counseling, numbers two, five, eight and et al, related to face to face counseling and numbers three, six, nine, and et al, related Will be to the control group. N/A Hypertension. Intervention 1: Telephone counseling is performed once a week and the duration of each phone call is between 20-25 minutes and the duration of the intervention is three months. Intervention 2: Face-to-Face counseling once a week and the time of each session is between 30-35 minutes and the duration of the intervention is three months.
