Intervention 1: Intervention group: an educational plan based on BASNEF model was held for people in the case group. This program included one focus group to improve their attitude toward the prevention of disease lasted for 45 minutes; two oral lecture and one practical session was held to practice the useful behaviors were taught for enhancing the enabling factors; and two oral lecture were held to enhance their subjective norms, one for their important family member, and the other for health workers. Intervention 2: Control group: Non intervention.
